By accessing and using the ClimaPri Oy website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
ClimaPri Oy provides intelligent building automation and IoT solutions, including:
- Smart water and energy metering systems
- Temperature control and climate management solutions
- Smoke detection and safety systems
- Cloud-based monitoring and analytics platform (myMetec)
- Professional installation and support services
3. User Accounts
Account Registration
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service:
- For any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
- In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful
5. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide technical support for our products and services as outlined in your service agreement. Support levels may vary based on your subscription or maintenance contract.

7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ClimaPri Oy and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms of Service.

9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ClimaPri Oy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using our services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ClimaPri Oy and its licensee and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law.
