Our Journey: From Vision to Reality
Founded in 2017, ClimaPri emerged from a desire to create superior measurement systems. Our path has been one of relentless innovation and commitment to providing modern, individualized services that address real-world challenges in property management.
ClimaPri Founded
Established to revolutionize water measurement systems, branching off from LVI-WaBeK Oy with a vision for higher-quality, individualized service.
Expansion & Innovation
Rapid development expanded beyond water metering to include condition sensors for temperature and humidity, as well as energy meters. The myMetec platform evolved with unique features like 3D modeling, embodying our motto: "Someone always has to be first".
First Funding Round
Secured €0.8 million in funding specifically for developing our smart underfloor heating system with apartment display/control unit and proprietary manifolds. This focused investment laid the foundation for our expansion into intelligent heating solutions.
Growth & Team Expansion
ClimaPri employed 12 professionals, recognized as a promising Finnish growth company, leveraging decades of WCOM-Group expertise in construction and technology.
Smart Heating Launch & Second Funding
Successfully launched our smart underfloor heating system developed with the 2021 funding. Following this milestone, secured an additional €1.5 million through a directed share issue and Business Finland R&D funding to advance our complete IoT platform, fuel international expansion, and develop advanced smoke detectors and smart district heating controls.
Continuing Innovation & Growth
Focusing on continuous enhancement of the myMetec platform with upcoming launches including smart radiator thermostats. We are committed to leading with IoT solutions that significantly reduce energy consumption, improve building conditions, and champion sustainable living, while expanding our international presence.
